Tell us who is in your family: My husband Tomas, 5 years old daughter Emma and baby girl Lara is going to join us soon.

Current/Previous Career: Sales Operation Analyst

What was your childhood ambition? Teacher

What does motherhood mean to you? Unconditional love, patience, awareness

What is the farthest you have been away from home? Hawaii

How did you find FIT4MOM DuPage County? I used to join FIT4BABY when I was expecting my 1st daughter, almost 6 years ago in Arlington Heights. I had such a great experience, I wanted to do the class again during my 2nd pregnancy.

How has FIT4MOM DuPage County changed your life? Help me to feel comfortable during my pregnancy, keep me moving and I am sure that will help during the labor as well.

Favorite exercise: Combination of core and cardio, more like dance moves.

Proudest Moment: When Emma took her 1st school bus ride with no hesitation.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us!: I lived in France-Paris, Germany, USA, back to Czech Republic during Covid and return back to USA. I became an expert in moving. 😊
