Celebrating Halloween Spooky style at Stroller Strides! Join us for a fun, Halloween themed stroller strides workout! Dress your kiddo(s) in their costume - mamas you can join in on the fun, too! Stick around after class for our stroller trick or treat! Bring enough treats to pass out to our stroller buddies!

Join us as we kick off our new Express Circuits class! Express Circuits is a 45 min class focused on strength exercises mixed with some cardio and core. Please bring a yoga mat and water.

We're hosting a donation drive in support to Phil's Friends, a cancer organization location in Wheaton. Items can be given to instructors at any class during the week of 11/9 - 11/15.

Requested items include: puzzle books, playing cards (cannot accept casino playing cards), fuzzy socks, women's hats. Thank you for helping support your local community

Donation Dates: 11/9 - 1/15/25

Let's get together at an instructor's house to celebrate Thanksgiving! Please bring a Thanksgiving themed app or dessert to share.

• Join us for a family Strides 360 class on the day after Thanksgiving! Significant others are FREE with a paying client.

  Kids under age 5 must remain in a stroller for the entire class. Kids ages 5+ may sit on a blanket next to your stroller.
