Mom & Me workouts at Cantigny Park in Wheaton! Class is 60 minutes long and will incorporate cardio, strength, core and balance training. Bring your kids in a stroller, or come on your own (without kids)! Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, FIT4MOM classes are an excellent workout for all fitness levels.

Classes are 9:30am - 10:30am, with a playgroup to follow!

• Parking: Parking at Cantigny is free when attending our classes. Just mention "FIT4MOM" at the parking entrance.

What to bring to class:

• Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
• Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
• Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
• Sunscreen (classes will be held outdoors)

Let’s get together for a free outdoor concert downtown Glen Ellyn! Bring a lawn chair. There will be food/drinks available to purchase near the concert. We will send out a text on the night of for exact location as to where we will be, so please make sure your number is correct in Glofox!
