SPECIAL CLASSES & SOCIAL EVENTS
Stroller Fitness Classes at Cantigny Park (7/16, 8/27, 9/17, 10/15)
Mom & Me workouts at Cantigny Park in Wheaton! Class is 60 minutes long and will incorporate cardio, strength, core and balance training. Bring your kids in a stroller, or come on your own (without kids)! Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, FIT4MOM classes are an excellent workout for all fitness levels.
Classes are 9:30am - 10:30am, with a playgroup to follow!

- Parking: Parking at Cantigny is free when attending our classes. Just mention "FIT4MOM" at the parking entrance.

What to bring to class:
- Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen (classes will be held outdoors)
Free Walk Club (6/26 11:30am)
This is a FREE event for all mamas/caregivers + kiddos! Kiddos 4 and under need to be in the stroller throughout the walk. We will meet at 11:30am in front of the boat house to kick off the walk. Pack a lunch and stick around afterwards for a picnic + play time at the park!

Free Open House Class: FIT4BABY - Prenatal (7/8 7:30pm)
Come experience a FREE FIT4BABY workout! FIT4BABY is designed specifically for expecting mamas and is safe for all trimesters of pregnancy.

July Mom's Night Out: World Cup Game Night (7/17 6:30pm)
Let’s get together for some World Cup inspired backyard games! Please bring a drink or snack to share! We will be meeting at a mama's house in Glen Ellyn. Address will be sent out the day of the event!
