2 Free Open House Classes: Body Boost (1/15 & 1/24)
Body Boost is a kid-free workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Stroller Fitness Class + Open Swim at Goldfish Glen Ellyn (1/20 10am)
Join us for a 30 minute stroller fitness workout followed by mommy & me open swim!
- 10am-10:30am - Workout
- 10:30am-12pm - Open Swim
Kiddos 4 and under must be in the stroller throughout class. Please bring a resistance band and water. If your child is not potty trained, please have them wear a reusable swim diaper.

January Mom's Day Out: Brunch at Rebel Kitchen (1/31 11am)
Join us for Brunch at Rebel Kitchen!

Boost & Bubbles: Free Breakfast (2/7 7:15am)
Join us for a 60 minute moms only, HIIT workout at 7:15am. After class we will have a client appreciation breakfast + mimosas. One lucky mama will have the chance to win a FREE month of unlimited classes with FIT4MOM DuPage County. Please bring a yoga mat, resistance band and water for the workout.

February Mom's Night Out: Galentine's Paint & Sip (2/7 7pm)
Come have a beverage and get crafty with some paint-by-number prints! Bring a drink or snack to share! We will be meeting at a member's house in Glen Ellyn. The address will be sent out the day of!
