A night out to celebrate motherhood, friendship, and all we have to be thankful for! 🧡 Momsgiving is the perfect opportunity to connect with your FIT4MOM friends, share some laughs, and enjoy a little time for yourself. Because moms deserve to be celebrated, too!

When: Saturday, November 7th @ 7:00pm

Where: Winfield, IL

Mom & Me workouts at Cantigny Park in Wheaton! Class is 60 minutes long and will incorporate cardio, strength, core and balance training. Bring your kids in a stroller, or come on your own (without kids)! Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, FIT4MOM classes are an excellent workout for all fitness levels.

Classes are 9:30am - 10:30am, with a playgroup to follow!

What to bring to class:

• Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
• Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
• Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
• Sunscreen (classes will be held outdoors)
