Jill first started taking Stroller Strides classes in 2015, when her first son was 9 months old. As a stay-at-home mom, she was looking a way to meet other local moms and came across FIT4MOM. After experiencing a demo class with the hospital new mothers group, she was hooked! She instantly felt comfortable in the group, even without having a strong fitness background. She loved everything that FIT4MOM stood for, and started helping plan events for FIT4MOM DuPage County in 2016. Jill then welcomed her second son in 2017 and a daughter in 2023.

Jill is a graduate of Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications. After working as an Event & Meeting Planner for a number of years, she decided to pursue a career as an Elementary Teacher and completed her Master’s Degree in Teaching. She taught Kindergarten for 1 year before starting her family and opting to stay home with her children while they’re little.

Jill currently lives in St. Charles with her husband, James, their two little boys, Owen and Graham, and their daughter, Emma.
