Stephanie joined us this past summer and has been a very familiar face in our stroller classes and at Our Village events. She is so welcoming to others and can spark up a conversation about anything! She has such a kind heart and her smile is contagious!

Tell us who is in your family: Me, my husband Andrew, Daughters Hazel and Emma and foster sons Eli and Isaak

Current/Previous Career: Was an optician for the last 12 years

What was your childhood ambition? I wanted to be a journalist.

What is the farthest you have been away from home? Living in the USA for the last 15 years.

How did you find FIT4MOM DuPage County? Facebook - saw the Cantigny workout ad.

How has FIT4MOM DuPage County changed your life? It keeps me sane. It's my release from the craziness at home. It is so nice to meet moms that are in the same boat as you. No judgement from anybody.

Favorite exercise: Squats

Proudest Moment: Every time my kids show kindness to others!

What is one thing you have learned so far from this year? Everything is temporary!

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us!: I am german and I don't like sauerkraut - lol.
