Kaely's Body Well Journey: End of Session Update

Proudest moment from these past 8 weeks: My proudest moment was when I looked back at my before picture the day Body Well started. I did not realize how much water my body was retaining. I took another picture halfway through bodywell and was blown away by the difference. It was like all the bloat had gone down and I could see progress! It made me want to keep working towards my end result!

What is your biggest gain from participating in this session? My biggest gain is creating time for movement and exercise. Before Body Well I didn’t know where to start with staying active. It held me accountable to get a workout in everyday. It is something that I have added now to my daily routine. Whether it be a FIT4MOM class or a workout at nap time! It is something I look forward to now and feel so much better after making that time for myself!

What was a challenge you faced over the last 8 weeks? My biggest challenge was keeping up with staying hydrated. I would have some great days and some off days. I would go back to the first week of Body Well when we talked about how important hydration was and kick myself back into gear. I found a new water cup that helped me stick to my goal! Probably my most important goal with working out and nursing. The coaches did such a great job keeping us motivated with the challenges we faced. We would discuss them and talk about ways we overcame them. Another reason I LOVE Body Well.

Did you reach your goal(s) you set at the start of this program? Yes I did! I really wanted to focus on eating nutrient dense foods for the baby while nursing, and I really did! I changed a lot of my eating habits. I cut out refined sugars and processed foods. It helped so much with my energy! Which helped me with my other goal of being active daily! I found time to get some sort of a workout in almost every day. Which before Body Well I felt lost with finding time. Feels so good to combine eating healthy and moving my body everyday. I feel more energized and stronger for my family!

Favorite Body Well recipe that the entire family loves? My whole family has been loving the oatmeal pancakes! We love the versatility of them. We add a variety of fruit to them and occasionally some chocolate chips on the weekends. 😉 They are so easy to make and the kids gobble them up. A recipe that will stick with us and we never get sick of!

Why would you recommend this program to other mamas? I cannot recommend Body Well enough! I feel like it is all I talk about to my friends and family! It is so amazing to have a personal goal in mind and have a program that guides you to achieving it! As a mom it’s hard to find time for yourself let alone to eat right and move your body! Body Well makes it so easy to get workouts in and provide ways to eat a more balanced diet. The coaches are there to guide you every step of the way and provide amazing workouts. Also the mamas in the class make it so fun and something you look forward to weekly! With all of the healthy recipes, workouts, and coaches I was able to hit my goals. It has changed my whole mindset and lifestyle I am so thankful for Body Well and the FIT4MOM community!
