What do I need to bring to class?
Any sturdy stroller will work
Water bottle and snacks for you and your child(ren)
Yoga mat, blanket or towel for abdominal work
Comfortable athletic shoes and clothes you can layer since temperatures can vary if we're outside
Sunblock/gear for you and your children if we're outside
Small toys for your child(ren) (don't worry we sing a lot & move but just in case) ;)
Resistance bands (once you're registered; if you are trying a class for the first time, we'll supply them)
