What do I need to bring to class?

  • Any sturdy stroller will work
  • Water bottle and snacks for you and your child(ren)
  • Yoga mat, blanket or towel for abdominal work
  • Comfortable athletic shoes and clothes you can layer since temperatures can vary if we're outside
  • Sunblock/gear for you and your children if we're outside
  • Small toys for your child(ren) (don't worry we sing a lot & move but just in case) ;)
  • Resistance bands (once you're registered; if you are trying a class for the first time, we'll supply them)
