Stroller Fitness Classes at Cantigny Park (6/11, 7/16, 8/27, 9/17, 10/15)
Mom & Me workouts at Cantigny Park in Wheaton! Class is 60 minutes long and will incorporate cardio, strength, core and balance training. Bring your kids in a stroller, or come on your own (without kids)! Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, FIT4MOM classes are an excellent workout for all fitness levels.
Classes are 9:30am - 10:30am, with a playgroup to follow!

- Parking: Parking at Cantigny is free when attending our classes. Just mention "FIT4MOM" at the parking entrance.

What to bring to class:
- Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen (classes will be held outdoors)
