What is the difference between Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre?
Both are workouts that Moms can do WITH their babies/children. Both also include nationally certified pre and postnatal instructors who weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby while Mom is led through a workout specific to her role as Mom.
Stroller Strides® includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment.
Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides® (including cardio).
