Do we just get together and run?

No and yes. There will be weekly "fun runs" that are less structured, but regular classes will include a review of how our post-baby bodies run, interval, tempo and cross training to help build your overall fitness base, and a truly custom training plan based on your goals and timeline. The session will be taught by a certified running coach, but you'll also have access to a private Facebook group for support from other moms as well.
