Yes, you should consult a physician before starting this or any exercise program. You should not start stroller-based classes until you are at least six weeks post partum, and Body Back is not recommended until you are at least three months post partum. FIT4MOM also requires a prenatal exercise form signed by your doctor if you are pregnant and want to take Fit4Baby or Stroller-based classes. Download it here.
