Stroller Barre incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout designed specifically for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, red sponge balls, the stroller, and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience. We are excited to be providing a free Stroller Strides class to the Moms of WESTERN burbs group! Join us for an opportunity to meet more moms in the community and get in a great workout! During class we will sing songs, play games, and get a little goofy to entertain the kiddos! Children ages 6 weeks and up (all children must be in stroller) are welcome! After class we will have snacks from our partners and play time!
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their kiddos. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
