Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout
designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised
of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while
entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each
Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are
mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected,
successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about
self care in a supportive and encouraging environment. We were all at
our first class once, and we are ready to greet you and help you feel
welcome! Your first class is always FREE!

In the months of May-October Stroller Strides classes will be held outdoors.
Elmhurst/Glen Ellyn/Wheaton classes are held on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30am - 10:30am. Lombard class is held on Saturdays from 9:00am - 10:00am.
- Wheaton: Classes meet at Seven Gables Park (a Wheaton Park District Park)
- Glen Ellyn: Classes meet at Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center (to the left of the entrance)
- Elmhurst: Classes meet at the corner at Prospect & Alexander on the Elmhurst College Campus (Parking permit can be found here)
- Lombard: Classes meet outdoors at the Yorktown mall entrance near H&M and Forever 21
