It’s great if you want a high intensity, moms-only, results-based interval training workout to achieve your fitness goals. Add some BOOST classes to your regular workout schedule, or just drop in whenever you want to sweat, smile, and achieve some sanity in a motivating group environment. Workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels.

Our normal Body Back sessions are about radical changes that lead to big results: nutrition, workouts and more. During the summer, we know moms are busy shuffling kids around to camps, planning family vacations, and enjoying summer time fun. But we know you mamas need to take of yourself during the summer craziness. So that’s why we planned our 2018 Summer Body Back Mini Session. We're going for maintenance and momentum that will let you actually enjoy your summer and keep your goals on the right track.
