Body Back BOOST Classes



Body Back BOOST is the workout-only version of our popular Body Back program.

It’s the workouts from Body Back, just without the defined 8-week session time frame and nutrition plan.

It’s great if you want a high intensity, moms-only, results-based interval training workout to achieve your fitness goals. Add some BOOST classes to your regular workout schedule, or just drop in whenever you want to sweat, smile, and achieve some sanity in a motivating group environment. Workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels.

Drop in to classes with a class pass or first class free!

Holiday Fitness that's Actually Doable

Our normal Body Back sessions are about radical changes that lead to big results: nutrition, workouts and more. Around the holidays, most moms barely have time to meet their basic family obligations, let alone commit to a regimen like that. But did you know that the average person gains three pounds over the holiday season? It may not seem like a lot, but if you've made fitness progress in 2018, or are planning great things for 2019, it could be a setback for you. That's why we're holding a mini Body Back session this holiday season. We're not going for giant changes here. We're going for maintenance and momentum that will let you actually enjoy the holiday season and keep your goals on the right track.

12 workouts between November 10 and December 22 (there's 55 to choose from) for $199 OR Unlimited classes for only $239! (see below for early bird specials) Choose from any location and any class times:
