Body Back BOOST Classes



Body Back BOOST is the workout-only version of our popular Body Back program.

It’s the workouts from Body Back, just without the defined 8-week session time frame and nutrition plan.

It’s great if you want a high intensity, moms-only, results-based interval training workout to achieve your fitness goals. Add some BOOST classes to your regular workout schedule, or just drop in whenever you want to sweat, smile, and achieve some sanity in a motivating group environment. Workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels.

Summer Fitness that’s Doable

Our normal Body Back sessions are about radical changes that lead to big results: nutrition, workouts and more. During the summer, we know moms are busy shuffling kids around to camps, planning family vacations, and enjoying summer time fun. But we know you mamas need to take of yourself during the summer craziness. So that’s why we planned our 2018 Summer Body Back Mini Session. We're going for maintenance and momentum that will let you actually enjoy your summer and keep your goals on the right track.

This summer we are running 2 consecutive mini sessions. Sign up for one at a time or get an EXTRA discount if you sign up for both now.

  • Session 1 - June 2 - July 13
  • Session 2 - July 14 - August 25

During Each Session You get:

  • 12 workouts for $189 OR Unlimited classes for only $229! (see below for early bird specials)
  • Choose from any location and any class times:
    • Wheaton: Mondays 7-8pm, Saturdays 7-8am
    • Glen Ellyn: Thursdays 5:30-6:30am*
    • Lombard: Tuesdays 5:30am, Saturdays 7:15-8:15am, Sundays 7:30-8:30am*
    • Elmhurst: Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am, Thursdays 7-8pm*
  • A private FB group with healthy summer recipes, fun at home challenges, and instructor/group support. Oh, did we mention prizes??
