Body Back BOOST Classes



Body Back BOOST is the workout-only version of our popular Body Back program.

It’s the workouts from Body Back, just without the defined 8-week session time frame and nutrition plan.

It’s great if you want a high intensity, moms-only, results-based interval training workout to achieve your fitness goals. Add some BOOST classes to your regular workout schedule, or just drop in whenever you want to sweat, smile, and achieve some sanity in a motivating group environment. Workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels.

Drop in to classes with a class pass or first class free!

Current Schedule:
Wheaton: Tuesday’s 8-9pm, Sunday’s 8-9am
Lombard:
Monday’s 7-8pm, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30am, Thursday’s 7-8pm & 8-9pm, Saturdays 7:15-8:15am, Sundays 7:00-8:00am

Pricing:

  • First class is FREE!
  • Save and buy a 10-pack bundle to use on any class (BOOST or stroller fitness classes)
  • Drop in at anytime for $20 per class

*new clients must pay a one time registration fee
