Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week results based journey. You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you.

Does your workout need a BOOST? Join us for our newest class offering, drop-in classes of our popular Body Back 8 week program. Classes are for women and offer high-intensity interval workouts that will challenge you and give your fitness level a BOOST!

It is recommended that you be at least 4 months post-partum before taking this class.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow.

FIT4BABY® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. This class combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. It is a great workout to help you prepare for delivery!

Our Women's Run Club is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required! Whether you want to learn how to run, improve your mile time, train for a race, or simply run for fun, we have options for you! Meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness.

Join us for our Moms Nights Out! We hold a couple moms-only events each month for you enjoy a fun evening with friends! We do all kinds of events, including dinners, movies, mini-golf, wooden sign creation, comedy shows, pool party, trivia nights, and concerts. Many of our events are free or low-cost.

Join us each week for a FREE community playgroup. Most playgroups meet after Stroller classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Themes for playgroups change each week. Playgroups are appropriate for children ages 6 weeks and up! Bring your littles and come play!
