Do I have to be an experienced runner to join?

No, all levels are welcome. The training plan you'll get will be tailored to your level, and since the sessions will include interval and cross training work, you don't have to worry about getting "left in the dust" by faster runners. We'll all be there to help each other and meet our goals at the same time.
