What is the difference between Body Back BOOST and a full 8-week session?

Traditionally, Body Back is offered in 8-week sessions at various intervals throughout the year. This program includes two weekly workouts, a meal plan, before and after assessments, group accountability, a dedicated Facebook group, and more.

Body Back BOOST is the workout-only version of the Body Back program. It's the same type of challenging workout, but offered on a more regular basis in a format that doesn't require the full 8-week commitment.
