Traditionally, Body Back is offered in 8-week sessions at various intervals throughout the year. This program includes two weekly workouts, a meal plan, before and after assessments, group accountability, a dedicated Facebook group, and more.
Body Back BOOST is the workout-only version of the Body Back program. It's the same type of challenging workout, but offered on a more regular basis in a format that doesn't require the full 8-week commitment.
Body Back has 3 formats: Rounds, Traveling and Circuit. Each is a High Intensity Interval Training class with a combination of Cardio, Strength and Core. This method (HIIT) is proven to yield the best results and the highest afterburn of calories.

For BOOST, you should to pre-register so your instructor knows to expect you and can contact you if there are any changes. We require a minimum number of clients to be enrolled in order to offer that class.

Body Back is appropriate for moms with children ages 12+ weeks. We don't recommend starting this class until you are at least 3 months post partum because of the intensity of the workouts.
No; this is a moms/women's only class.
If you have it, or think you may, it is ok. Our instructors are certified in pre and post natal exercise and can help you a) determine if you have it and b) show you modifications to exercise safely if you do. As always, though, you should get doctor's approval before beginning this or any other exercise program. For more information about the condition, see this PDF.
